Global Head of Facility Management

Location: Eschborn, Germany, with the possibility to work from home

What you will do

• Lead global Facility Management strategy, standardization, governance, and continuous development across 16 offices.
• Manage building operations, technical and infrastructural services, and occupational safety across global locations.
• Plan and deliver office fit-out, renovation, and relocation projects.
• Lead and develop the global Facility Management function and establish best-practice frameworks.
• Manage budgets, investments, costs, and efficiency initiatives.
• Optimize and digitalize Facility Management processes using modern tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Completed technical apprenticeship with further education in Facility Management, or a university-level technical degree.
• Strong expertise in building technology, IT systems, and safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience with Facility Management software, building automation systems, and modern technologies.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, decision-making, and people development skills.
• Fluent German and English skills are required.
