Location: United States - Ohio - Remote, field-based. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer, hold permanent U.S. work authorization, maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, live within a 2-hour drive of a major airport, and be available to travel 40–50% of the time.
Annual base salary: $176,600–$294,300, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Lead Oncology Medical strategy and engagement for assigned national payers, regional payers, specialty pharmacy providers, and other organized customers.
- Provide scientifically sound information on Oncology medicines and disease states through medical presentations, educational programs, pharmacoeconomic models, outcomes tools, HOPEs, and non-interventional studies.
- Design and execute customer-specific projects, collaborations, strategic medical partnerships, and real-world evidence initiatives.
- Analyze study design, health services research methods, data, workflows, and clinical information systems to address care gaps and improve population health.
- Support HIT initiatives, clinical informatics resources, e-data collection, and innovative tools for Field Medical teams and product launches.
- Coordinate with Medical Affairs, HEOR, account teams, researchers, healthcare organizations, and professional associations while providing customer insights and medical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health science and 10+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, 8+ years with a master’s degree or 7+ years with a terminal degree.
- Experience in clinical or formulary management, managed care, the pharmaceutical industry, quality improvement, data analytics, HEOR, or health services research.
- Significant experience interacting with payers and other organized customers.
- Strong skills in study design, data analysis, interpretation, scientific communication, collaboration, prioritization, and situational leadership.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization and a valid U.S. driver’s license are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to travel overnight and by air, with potential travel of 40–50% and residence within a 2-hour drive of a major airport.
