Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $228,600–$411,400 annually, plus performance-based compensation and potential equity awards.

What you will do

• Own the vision, product strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Infrastructure-as-a-Service portfolio.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization of product leaders.
• Coordinate execution across product management, engineering, SRE, operations, design, sales, and marketing.
• Guide products from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing scale.
• Use market research, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to shape product positioning and differentiation.
• Drive revenue growth, product adoption, customer satisfaction, pricing, packaging, segmentation, and commercialization outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience in cloud computing, infrastructure, compute, or related technology domains.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience building and scaling product management organizations, including recruiting, mentoring, and developing leaders.
• Strong record of defining and executing senior-level product strategy and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Deep understanding of compute, virtualization, containerization, storage, networking, and managed cloud services.
• Executive communication, strategic judgment, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills across developer and enterprise markets.
