Senior Director, Residential Revenue FP&A

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with Denver Campus also listed as a possible work location.

Salary: $156,185.69–$257,706.39 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead a newly formed finance organization supporting three residential product lines.
• Direct short- and long-term revenue planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to C-level executives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and lead finance projects focused on growth and profitability.
• Analyze economic and financial market trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Growth, Go-to-Market, and senior leadership teams to integrate financial insights into business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of coursework and relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading senior finance professionals and mentoring finance staff.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make significant strategic financial decisions.
• Availability for regular, punctual attendance and nights, weekends, or variable schedules as needed.
