What you will do

• Lead quality control, assurance, and compliance projects, applying advanced analytical and risk management methods.
• Manage training and capability building initiatives, providing expert advice and mentoring junior staff.
• Drive process improvement and root cause analysis projects across teams and sectors.
• Manage customer quality expectations and participate in audits to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization on technical topics.
• Develop and execute quality strategy, policies, and business plans aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tainan, Taiwan
• Master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field with extensive experience.
• Substantial expertise in quality and excellence areas such as Supplier/Manufacturing Quality, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Experience in global technology environments (automotive, electronics, semiconductor, healthcare) preferred.
• Strong execution skills with a hands-on mentality and proven ability to drive change.
• Ability to influence and engage professionals and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
