Quality Control Manager

Location: Beloit, Wisconsin, United States; work is performed in office and manufacturing environments.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the production quality team.
• Manage quality control across incoming materials, in-process inspections, and final product testing.
• Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, government representatives, and regulatory agencies.
• Implement quality processes and procedures aligned with ISO 9001, ASME NQA-1, MIL-STD, ITAR, and FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Oversee audits, document non-conformances, and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead Lean and advanced quality improvement initiatives using SPC, FMEA, DOE, and production data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• At least 7 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
• Experience with defense contracting and government compliance standards, including ITAR and FAR/DFARS.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality tools, technical specifications, and production schedules.
• Proof of US citizenship and attestation of no dual citizenship are required to access NOFORN information.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Quick Response Manufacturing QRM or equivalent certification.
• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence certification.
