Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer (Defense and Space)

Salary: $82,300–$220,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Translate project and system requirements into hardware architectures with cross-functional teams.
• Design complex electronic architectures, PCBs, analog and digital circuits, sensors, motors, radar, and navigation systems.
• Build, debug, verify, and test prototypes and deliverable hardware.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation and provide lifecycle support through planning, deployment, and sustainment.
• Drive solutions to complex engineering problems, manage cross-functional tasks, and communicate status to project leadership and customers.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support business development and proposal activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in electronic design and the ability to write detailed design specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
