What you will do

• Design, execute, troubleshoot, and deliver LC-MS bioanalysis projects.
• Support bioanalysis studies involving biologics, peptides, ADCs, LNPs, oligonucleotides, and small molecules.
• Develop, optimize, and execute LC-MS methods and associated sample preparation workflows.
• Lead ongoing projects, manage timelines, and contribute to project proposals.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on study design, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Support new capability implementation, team building, cross-functional projects, and broader drug discovery activities.

Requirements

• PhD with 4+ years of relevant industry experience, or MS with 7+ years of experience in bioanalysis, mass spectrometry, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in LC-MS-based bioanalysis and drug discovery workflows, preferably in a CRO environment.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative LC-MS workflows for ADCs, LNPs, peptides, proteins, biologics, and small molecules.
• Experience with QQQ, QTOF, and Orbitrap instrumentation, LC-MS method development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience analyzing ADCs, LNP-associated components, drug candidates, metabolites, tissues, cells, plasma, serum, and other biofluids.
• Proficiency with data analysis and bioinformatics software such as Skyline; strong communication, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with in vitro assays and/or ex vivo pharmacology studies supporting drug discovery programs.
• Experience supporting ADC, biologic, LNP, small-molecule, and oligonucleotide programs.
