Associate Data Solutions Analyst (Python, SQL & Airflow)

What you will do

• Capture data, reporting, and analytical capability needs with senior team members, customers, data engineers, data architects, and capability managers.
• Create datasets, operational reports, analytical dashboards, and other data delivery artifacts using Python, SQL, and Airflow.
• Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Support data and report delivery testing through test plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management.
• Perform root cause analysis, develop corrective action plans, and verify that customer data needs are delivered accurately.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, project status reporting, vendor enablement, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required due to contractual and access requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent company-approved experience or education.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Airflow, with basic understanding of data stores and impacts across multiple data stores.
• Basic analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to support data quality, testing, documentation, risk, defect, issue, and compliance activities.
• Travel requirement: 0%–25%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration, business management, information systems, or a related field.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma or Project Management Professional certification.
