Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY, with in-office attendance required 2 days per week

Annual base salary: $160,000–$245,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering to define important business questions and identify product behaviors that drive outcomes.
• Analyze small-business and enterprise usage patterns to refine Ideal Customer Profiles and guide sales prospecting.
• Measure the health of the data center business and evaluate sales, service, and operations improvements.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines with Engineering to support timely and accurate analysis.
• Use SQL and Python scripts to explore data, automate recurring workflows, and answer ad hoc questions.
• Build Looker and Data Studio dashboards and reports, monitor trends, and enable teams to use analytics tools independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Product Analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL for querying large databases.
• Strong Python skills for scripting and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker and cloud data infrastructure, including AWS and/or GCP.
• Ability to make clear decisions and recommendations under uncertainty.
• Ability to work from the New York City office 2 days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
