What you will do

  • Build and manage the customer reference engine to support sales with relevant customer voices.
  • Own case studies and customer proof end to end, including approvals and interviews.
  • Manage presence and ratings on review sites like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Source and coach customer champions for webinars, events, and press.
  • Coordinate advocacy efforts closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Track and measure reference coverage, asset usage, and pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years experience in customer marketing, advocacy, reference management, or content marketing.
  • Experience navigating corporate communications, legal reviews, and approval cycles.
  • Fluent English and German required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP processes, finance operations, or enterprise software for manufacturing/industrial companies is a strong plus.
  • Ability to build structured programs and measurement pipelines from scratch.
