IT Business Analyst - IFS (AI)

What you will do

• Resolve application incidents and support IFS users.
• Document features and define logical architecture changes in functional analyses.
• Coordinate with product owners, developers, operations, architects, and stakeholders to include changes in releases.
• Organize peer reviews with senior analysts.
• Prepare test cases and test data, and assist with testing, implementation, migration, and UAT.
• Use AI to support day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• Experience in a software development team as a technical business analyst, tester, or developer.
• Comfortable writing medium-difficulty SQL queries, including JOINs, subqueries, GROUP BY, and HAVING.
• Ability to write pseudocode and solve basic programming problems.
• Fluent English required for daily communication with offshore teams.

Nice to have

• Core banking experience.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Efficient AI prompting knowledge.
• Knowledge of banking and payments SWIFT standards, including MT103, MT101, MT202, MT202COV, MT203, MT200, and MT210.
