What you will do
- Define, manage, and deliver digital product requirements for a technology-driven insurance platform.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap while balancing business value, risks, dependencies, and operational constraints.
- Lead discovery workshops, analyze current processes, and define optimized future-state process flows, user journeys, data flows, and system interactions.
- Translate business, functional, and integration needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, API use cases, and test scenarios.
- Define API requirements, data mappings, request-response flows, and expected system behavior in collaboration with developers and architects.
- Support integration testing, UAT, training, application support, stakeholder adoption, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or product ownership, preferably delivering enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations, including endpoints, request and response structures, authentication, error handling, and data mappings.
- Experience creating functional and integration requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system interaction diagrams.
- Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, or OpenAPI for exploring, documenting, or testing APIs.
- Experience leading discovery activities, evaluating solution alternatives and third-party integrations, managing UAT, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills and regular responsible use of AI tools are required.
