Manager, IT Infrastructure (Smart Mobility)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Must have the right to work in the EU. Travel 25% - 50% required.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery and design of regional IT support models for European client geography.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, storage, backups, and networks.
• Oversee operational staffing, including recruitment, supervision, and performance evaluation.
• Act as Service Delivery Manager for client infrastructure in the EU.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the support organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and client infrastructure requirements for product implementations.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the EU.
• 5+ years of client services support experience with large-scale implementations.
• 5+ years of IT service management experience in medium to large IT operations settings.
• Fluent English proficiency with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 25% - 50% to support client locations.
• University degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Cisco, VMware, EMC, HPE Aruba, CISSP, CISA, or CIPM.
• Technical knowledge of virtual server technology (VMware) and storage platforms (EMC Unity, Rubrik).
• Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
