What you will do

• Optimize existing production equipment and implement new technical processes, manufacturing techniques, and industrial standards.
• Prepare technical specifications for new equipment and components and support commissioning.
• Design auxiliary equipment, tools, systems, system components, and custom modifications.
• Analyze and test production lines to determine optimal system parameters for existing and new products.
• Plan investigations, develop test setups, identify optimization opportunities, and document results.
• Support manufacturing and purchasing with production issue resolution, equipment selection, material selection, cost estimation, and special projects including DMAIC, LeanSigma, and material-flow analyses.

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent practical knowledge.
• 1–4 years of professional experience.
• Strong technical and business acumen with a systematic, solution-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of machine safety technology.
• Good MS Office skills and basic CAD knowledge.
• Fluent German and English, with strong assertiveness and teamwork skills.
