What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, equipment performance, cycle times, and production materials.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement projects within defined timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain production work instructions and introduce engineering change notices.
• Approve internally and externally developed process designs and perform final project testing.
• Evaluate and implement new process technologies while supporting production and equipment start-up.
• Provide technical guidance, action plans, and training for maintenance and production teams.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations and production line activities.
• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with 2D/3D CAD, SAP, and Windchill is preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Italian is mandatory; English proficiency is also required.
• Self-motivation, teamwork, efficiency, problem-solving skills, and ownership of assigned projects.
