Senior ERP Manager (NetSuite/AI)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; available across all US locations.

Annual pay range: $165k–$185k plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, administration, development, and governance of NetSuite as the system of record for DTC, Amazon, and retail operations.
• Design and maintain SuiteScript solutions, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL-driven automation.
• Own integrations with Shopify, Recharge, 3PL and fulfillment systems, Ramp, EDI, and other platforms, including monitoring, error handling, and recovery.
• Build AI-augmented workflows using LLMs, MCP connectors, and agentic tooling for reconciliation, billing, reporting, and cross-system data quality.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting on close automation, billing remediation, revenue data integrity, and audit readiness.
• Manage ERP projects, budgets, consultants, documentation, training, user support, and systems incident resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years in ERP or business systems roles, including 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in a multi-entity environment.
• Expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs, Token-Based Authentication, production Map/Reduce scripts, and RESTlets.
• Deep experience with iPaaS platforms and high-volume integration patterns, including concurrency management and error recovery; Celigo is strongly preferred.
• Experience with DTC, subscription commerce, or omnichannel consumer businesses handling order volumes in the hundreds of thousands.
• Experience configuring and supporting EDI connections such as EDI 850, 810, and 856 between NetSuite and third-party systems or VAN providers.
• Active use of LLMs, agents, Claude, and MCP, with the ability to design AI-powered automations with appropriate guardrails.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data warehouse integration, preferably Snowflake, cloud computing, and the modern SaaS ecosystem.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash, revenue recognition, month-end close, and procure-to-pay processes, with the ability to partner credibly with Finance.
• Project management experience, including software budgets, systems-spend forecasting, and cross-functional implementations; strong communication, analytical problem-solving, business acumen, collaboration, mentoring, governance, and documentation skills.

• NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or SuiteCloud Developer certification.
