Salary: $165,000–$185,000 annual pay plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, administration, development, and governance of NetSuite as the business system of record.
• Build SuiteScript solutions, workflows, saved searches, SuiteQL automation, and custom user interfaces for business teams.
• Design and operate integrations with Shopify, Recharge, 3PL providers, Ramp, EDI systems, and other platforms, including monitoring and recovery.
• Develop AI-augmented workflows with LLMs, MCP connectors, and agentic tooling for reconciliation, billing, reporting, and data quality.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting on close automation, revenue integrity, billing remediation, and audit-ready controls.
• Lead ERP projects, consultants, budgets, documentation, end-user enablement, incident response, and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; the role is fully remote across US locations.
• 7+ years of ERP or business systems experience, including 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in multi-entity environments.
• Expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs, Token-Based Authentication, Map/Reduce scripts, and RESTlets.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms, preferably Celigo, high-volume integrations, concurrency management, error recovery, and EDI connections such as 850, 810, and 856.
• Experience with DTC, subscription commerce, or omnichannel consumer businesses and order volumes in the hundreds of thousands.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data warehouse integration, cloud computing, SaaS systems, ERP finance processes, project management, budgets, and cross-functional delivery.

Nice to have

• Snowflake experience.
• NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or SuiteCloud Developer certification.
