Senior Product Designer (Sports Betting)

Location: Ontario, Canada; hybrid

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for key areas of the Covers web and mobile experience, including the mobile app.
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex, data-rich betting products.
• Simplify betting data, odds, value, and insights into experiences that support confident user decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct research, validate ideas, and use customer insights to influence product direction.
• Evolve design systems and ways of working while mentoring other designers and raising design quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products.
• Deep expertise across discovery, research, high-fidelity UI, and delivery.
• Strong UX and UI skills designing complex, information-rich experiences.
• Ability to make product decisions using research, data, and customer insight.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and communicate design decisions across functions.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and modern product design practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports betting, gaming, or sports media, with genuine interest in the space.
