Windscribe - Senior UX Designer

What you will do

• Lead UX initiatives from problem discovery and user understanding through ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Translate complex user needs and product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and effective experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and other design artefacts.
• Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Improve user journeys, design systems, UX processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in UX or product design with a portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end work.
• Experience solving complex product and user-experience problems through research, interaction design, prototyping, and iteration.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile or similarly collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and balance user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and product priorities.
