What you will do

• Manage delegated procurement activities from planning and solicitation through evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and supplier communication.
• Coordinate procurement planning with programme and support departments and review procurement requests for completeness, budget availability, and compliance.
• Conduct market assessments, source and prequalify suppliers, and maintain supplier performance information.
• Prepare RFQs, tender documents, bid evaluations, Tender Committee materials, purchase orders, contracts, and framework agreements.
• Maintain complete procurement records in UNIT4, eTB, Filing Tree, and other NRC systems, including audit trails and procurement tracking.
• Monitor procurement pipelines, provide reports and analysis, and coordinate with Programme, Finance, HR/Admin, Logistics, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a relevant field.
• At least two years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience managing competitive procurement processes, including RFQs, ITBs, RFPs, bid evaluations, Tender Committee procedures, contract negotiations, and awards.
• Knowledge of donor procurement regulations, compliance requirements, procurement thresholds, segregation of duties, and ethical standards.
• Experience with ERP or procurement management systems; UNIT4 and eTB experience is an asset.
• Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian, with strong analytical, organisational, communication, and MS Office skills.
