Engineering Manager (Identity & Access)

Salary: 425,00–510,00 złoty base salary

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, recruit, and develop a team of full-stack software engineers.
• Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps, plan sprints, and deliver customer configuration tools on the identity platform.
• Lead the migration of authentication experiences to new platforms, supporting global availability and scalable user experiences.
• Guide identity architecture, technical strategy, and design reviews.
• Improve operational health through agile practices, technical debt management, code quality, testing, and production stability.

Requirements

• Extensive professional software engineering experience and at least 2 years of direct experience managing or leading software engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong full-stack development background, including Java or object-oriented backend systems and modern web frameworks such as React, Svelte, or Ember.
• Deep knowledge of identity fundamentals, secure session management, and authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWTs, and SAML.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, retaining, and managing the performance and career growth of engineering talent.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Poland from the first day of employment.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
