Manager, Corporate IT (AI)

Location: Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Remote-first role; applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom by the chosen start date. Collaboration spans US and EMEA time zones.

What you will do

• Mentor and scale a distributed IT engineering organization across US and EMEA time zones.
• Architect an AI-first operating model that replaces ticket-based support with proactive, agent-driven remediation.
• Build lifecycle automation, including zero-touch provisioning and seamless deprovisioning.
• Manage Okta and Jamf Pro as programmable infrastructure for identity, endpoint management, and employee self-service.
• Operate IT-owned controls and generate evidence for SOC 2 and ISO audits while maintaining human-in-the-loop safeguards.
• Govern the SaaS portfolio, lead incident response, optimize licenses and renewals, and collaborate with Security, People, Finance, and Legal.

Requirements

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience, including 2+ years managing distributed teams.
• Expertise in Okta lifecycle automation, SSO, SCIM, and role-based access design.
• Hands-on Jamf Pro experience with zero-touch deployment and automated compliance reporting.
• Experience delivering production automation and agentic systems with measurable business impact.
• Extensive SaaS governance experience, including integrations and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits, workflow orchestration, prompt design, and observability patterns.
