Working Student Sales Operations (f/m/d) (AI)

What you will do

• Support sales proposal development, commercial deals, and marketing activities and events.
• Help secure, optimize, and maintain organizational data and design data management and system process blueprints.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities across sales and revenue operations.
• Support CRM data management, reporting, dashboard development, and AI-driven sales workflows.
• Develop and test AI sales agents and copilots, and create training materials for processes, AI use cases, and analytics.
• Collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Legal, and Finance on new tools and processes while researching AI, automation, design, and user behavior trends.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio of UI and graphical design projects, including academic, personal, or freelance work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic understanding of UI principles and user interactions, with familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Fluent English is required. Experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or chatbot development is expected.
