Project Implementation Lead (Public Safety)

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and obtain a Government of Canada Reliability security clearance.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale, or high-priority implementation projects.
• Define implementation approaches, delivery frameworks, and client engagement strategies for non-standard deployments.
• Manage executive-level partnerships and navigate complex stakeholder environments as the senior relationship owner.
• Provide expert guidance on software configuration, workflow design, and system integration.
• Drive the development of implementation standards and methodologies to elevate team-wide delivery quality.
• Mentor and coach senior and intermediate implementation staff to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in software implementation for enterprise-scale projects.
• Expert knowledge of the full implementation lifecycle and government technology environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must successfully obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability security clearance.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience with Police Records Management Systems (RMS), specifically hirify.global RMS.
