What you will do

• Analyze customer environments and evaluate appropriate engineering solutions for signal and power integrity.
• Take technical lead on a wide range of projects involving high-speed, high-performance electronics.
• Anticipate technical issues and develop creative solutions proactively to prevent project bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with hirify.global R&D, Product Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to align technical delivery with business goals.
• Work directly on-site with customers to ensure their success criteria are met.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience in the EDA industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Electromagnetics, Thermal, and RF related to Package and PCB Design.
• Experience with hirify.global Allegro platform tools (Sigrity, Clarity, Celsius, PCB Editor, IC Package) or competitive equivalents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical solutions to large groups.
• Ability to work on-site with customers without direct supervision.
