What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for tax and e-invoicing processes.
• Work with stakeholders to define VAT electronic handling requirements.
• Analyze invoice workflows and compliance needs.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on solution design and delivery.
• Support testing, validation, implementation, and regulatory alignment of e-invoicing features.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or finance-related projects.
• Strong understanding of tax processes and VAT electronic handling.
• Experience with e-invoicing solutions.
• Familiarity with UBL (Universal Business Language).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance or regulatory-driven projects.
• Background in finance, accounting, or tax systems.
• Knowledge of invoice exchange standards or document workflows.
