Business Analyst Junior/Junior+ [Bring a Friend] (Fintech)

Location: Worldwide; flexible work from one of the offices or remotely. Relocation support is available to hubs in Serbia or Georgia, including assistance for the employee and family.

What you will do

• Coordinate the setup and launch of bi-weekly promotional campaigns across push, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• Configure campaign communications, landing pages, and A/B tests using campaign tools.
• Gather and structure requirements for new features and promotional mechanics.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, CJMs, briefs, and acceptance criteria.
• Support features from requirements and design through refinement and release, coordinating work across teams.
• Monitor launches, validate promotional mechanics, maintain operational documentation, and analyze campaign results.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and structured thinking with attention to detail.
• Basic SQL knowledge, including SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, and GROUP BY.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business requests into clear requirements and actionable tasks.
• Ability to write clear user stories, briefs, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, marketplaces, e-commerce, or other fast-paced product businesses.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, unit economics, CAC, and LTV.
• Experience with campaign automation, CRM, notification, back-office, customer support, or operational tools.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
