hirify.global is hiring for its Risk Management department within a fintech and banking-focused environment.

What you will do

• Lead discovery, define business and functional requirements, and support initiatives through end-to-end delivery.
• Analyze and improve banking, antifraud, collections, and operational processes through IT integration and automation.
• Coordinate with Antifraud, Collections, Operations, Product Owners, Development, QA, Design, vendors, and users.
• Explore product and vendor integrations, use data and customer feedback to guide decisions, and support A/B testing and troubleshooting.
• Create BRDs, FSDs, specifications, user stories, test cases, and use cases.
• Progress from owning discovery and documentation in the first three months to leading integration and automation initiatives within 6–9 months.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in business or systems analysis, IT integration, or a fintech environment.
• Knowledge of specifications, databases, software tools, problem-solving, testing methodologies, SQL, and DBMS principles.
• Experience using APIs and system logs such as Splunk.
• Ability to balance development costs with business objectives and make well-reasoned decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Systems-thinking mindset and willingness to engage in testing and close collaboration with development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup of 100–300 employees.
• Track record of developing successful financial products.
