Senior Finance Operations Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid position in Louisville, KY, with occasional onsite work at hirify.global's facility.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze finance operations processes, workflows, controls, and data to identify opportunities for standardization, efficiency, automation, and risk reduction.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reporting, reconciliations, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Investigate financial data discrepancies, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Translate finance business requirements into functional needs for technology, data, reporting, and automation teams.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Operations, and enterprise stakeholders on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of technical experience and prior experience in the financial industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting or analytics tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience extracting and manipulating data with SQL.
• Ability to contribute to continuous improvements in consumer experiences.

• Master's degree in Business Administration.
