Remote Creative Production Project Manager (Content Marketing)

Location: 100% remote; open to candidates in South Africa

A content marketing firm producing SEO, social media, video, blog, infographic, and web design content for clients.

What you will do

• Act as the client's internal advocate across creative production activities.
• Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules and track account tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with production teams to keep work on-time and aligned with client briefs.
• Review editorial, design, and video deliverables before client review and provide actionable feedback.
• Attend recurring client check-ins and escalate content or strategy issues for resolution.
• Plan products and manage competing commercial and internal priorities across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Strong creative background, ideally with an editorial focus.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, record-keeping, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to understand and develop actionable client briefs and provide clear production feedback.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong computer skills and the ability to work standard hours at a computer.
