Creative Operations Manager

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States. Listed locations include Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco.

What you will do

• Own resource planning across active and upcoming creative production projects.
• Track team availability, workloads, schedules, utilization, capacity gaps, and potential bottlenecks.
• Match projects with team members based on skills, experience, availability, and project requirements.
• Coordinate staffing changes with Creative Producers and creative leads as scopes, timelines, and priorities evolve.
• Maintain visibility into internal staffing for shoots and the studio-wide shoot calendar.
• Build planning systems, trackers, and dashboards while improving project kickoff, tracking, handoff, and coordination workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, resource management, project coordination, creative production, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust across creative teams, project leads, and leadership.
• Ability to make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information and work without a rigid playbook.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, project management tools, and learning new systems quickly.
