Creative Resource Manager

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States; Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York City preferred

What you will do

• Own resource planning across active and upcoming creative projects.
• Track team availability, workload, utilization, project schedules, and future capacity.
• Identify staffing gaps, scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and upcoming resource needs.
• Match projects with internal team members based on skills, experience, availability, and project requirements.
• Partner with Creative Producers and creative leads to staff projects, new business opportunities, and shoots.
• Build dashboards, trackers, and processes that make staffing decisions faster and more transparent.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in resource management, creative operations, project coordination, creative production, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, make decisions with incomplete information, and build trust across creative and leadership teams.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and learning new tools.
