What you will do

• Develop and execute AI/ML strategies, technology standards, and governance approaches.
• Lead AI/ML projects from conception through completion, including planning and execution.
• Define and evaluate AI, ML, data system, and software requirements for feasibility, adequacy, and organizational alignment.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, government stakeholders, AI experts, security engineers, and technology specialists to address mission and operational challenges.
• Create AI/ML documentation that meets government review and approval standards.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship on AI/ML topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a federal environment; alternative education and experience combinations are accepted.
• Technical proficiency with enterprise operating systems, AWS or Azure cloud stacks, AI/ML tools, and generative AI models and techniques.
• Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and the Risk Management Framework.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal contracts.
• Agile/Scrum and enterprise IT service management experience.
• CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or relevant GIAC certification.
