Content Manager (Podcasting)

Location: Based out of the offices in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with remote work options

What you will do

• Source and commission original podcasts and acquire exclusive content for target audiences.
• Evaluate pitches and provide editorial guidance to creators, studios, agents, and production partners.
• Manage a portfolio of commissioned titles from initial concept through production, launch, and performance tracking.
• Develop content investment proposals supported by commercial forecasts and clear creative approaches.
• Analyze podcasting and entertainment trends and performance data to inform editorial and commercial decisions.
• Coordinate with Activation, Marketing, and Business Affairs teams on promotion, information sharing, negotiations, and contracts.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in media, audio, entertainment, content development, or a related commercial role.
• Experience managing creators, talent, agents, or production partners and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong project and production management skills, including launching new podcasts and guiding external partners.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Passion and knowledge of podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment.
