TL;DR
Head of Documentation and Enablement (AI): Defining and executing documentation and enablement strategies for enterprise software deployment, administration, and adoption with an accent on technical writing, instructional design, multimedia content, and stakeholder enablement. Focus on leading a multidisciplinary team, establishing content governance and metrics, and responsibly applying AI and automation to improve content and learning experiences.
Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands; full-time onsite role

What you will do
- Define and execute the documentation and enablement strategy and roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary team of technical writers, instructional designers, and video creators.
- Oversee accurate, consistent, accessible documentation and enablement content across formats and channels.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and partners to align content with releases and stakeholder needs.
- Develop scalable programs supporting internal teams, implementation partners, and customers through deployment and adoption.
- Establish effectiveness metrics, content governance, standards, templates, tooling, and responsible AI adoption.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading documentation or enablement teams in a B2B enterprise software environment.
- Strong understanding of technical writing, instructional design, and multimedia content creation.
- Familiarity with modern documentation platforms, LMS systems, and video editing tools.
- Awareness of how AI and automation can support content development and learning experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Native-level fluency in English required; French is a plus.
