Product Manager Data Management Team (Data Management)

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands. Candidates may be based outside the Netherlands if willing to relocate and already holding the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Salary: €4,105–€5,862 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global’s Data Management standard for the Markets and Treasury Tribe and Service Centre.
• Support compliance with BCBS239 regulatory requirements through effective data controls.
• Monitor data quality and identify data issues at an early stage.
• Develop and maintain a logical data model with consistent definitions and a common data language.
• Coordinate data issues between issue raisers and issue owners.
• Coach stakeholders and collaborate with business, IT, development, management, and central Data Management teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Management and/or Data Governance.
• Relevant experience in Financial Markets and/or products traded by Markets and Treasury.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, technology, management, and Audit.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical Data Management controls.
• Structured, detail-oriented, result-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple systems, stakeholders, and topics.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of IT and data principles, including SQL.
• Experience with Data Quality monitoring, preferably using SQL queries in Databricks.
• Experience coordinating investigations into potential root causes of data issues.
