Content & Influencer Executive (Affiliate Marketing)

Location: Hybrid work with regular attendance at local hirify.global and/or client offices and in-person meetings and events

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and content sites working with Marks & Spencer through the affiliate channel.
• Manage influencer campaigns, including creator briefings, communications, paid activity, gifting budgets, and performance tracking.
• Recruit new influencers and work with creators to optimise campaign performance.
• Prepare campaign reports, performance insights, optimisation recommendations, and strategy suggestions for Marks & Spencer.
• Analyse industry trends and use hirify.global, CreatorIQ, LTK, Tableau, Power BI, SimilarWeb, and other tools to inform influencer strategy.
• Communicate with clients, publishers, creators, and internal teams while supporting junior colleagues with relevant expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media, including managing influencer campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and using influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, LTK, or similar.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, including commission models, tracking solutions, and affiliate types.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn new technology systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to attend local hirify.global and/or client offices and in-person meetings regularly.
