Paid Social Account Manager

TL;DR

Paid Social Account Manager (Paid Social): Managing and optimizing large-scale paid social campaigns across major platforms with an accent on campaign planning, performance analysis, and client delivery. Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role requiring the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Plan, set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize paid social campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets, audiences, formats, and KPIs.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-campaign reports with actionable performance commentary.
• Lead client calls and presentations while serving as a key paid social point of contact.
• Build relationships with media partners including Meta, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Support junior team members, contribute to recruitment and training, and coordinate with planning and global hub teams.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or an agency-based role with client or external stakeholder management.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple social platforms.
• Experience planning large-scale campaigns across brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience creating detailed campaign reports, presentations, QBRs, and annual reviews.
• Confidence presenting to clients, leading calls, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• UK work authorization is required; the role is hybrid and based in London.
