What you will do

• Source, organize, and maintain trading documentation, including trading sheets, media plans, and site lists.
• Share documentation updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Support Digital Operations Managers in monitoring digital and classic OOH campaign delivery through third-party verification tools.
• Report campaign findings and contribute optimization or troubleshooting recommendations.
• Collect data for Market Update reporting and maintain the internal ClickUp project management tool.

Requirements

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to change.
• Ability to make prompt decisions and communicate findings confidently.
• Comfort challenging assumptions, asking questions, and collaborating with the team.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
