Creator Success Manager (Influencer Marketing)

hirify.global is an invite-only platform that helps digital creators promote causes through paid, action-based campaigns.

What you will do

• Identify and recruit authentic creators with audience trust and reach.
• Lead onboarding calls and guide creators onto the platform.
• Manage a portfolio of creators as the primary point of contact.
• Match creators with campaigns aligned with their brand, values, and audience.
• Conduct regular check-ins, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and communicate campaign requirements.
• Share creator insights to inform platform improvements and campaign strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Skilled communication, attention to detail, strategic marketing, and creative thinking.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and similar productivity tools.
• Experience with one or more CRM tools, such as Monday.com.
• Ability to guide creators on improving their approach and complying with campaign guidelines.
