Business Development Associate (Performance Marketing)

Salary: $80,000–$112,500 CAD annual total compensation

What you will do

• Onboard consumer brands to hirify.global’s Consumer growth platform and educate partners on its capabilities.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and create action plans to support partner growth.
• Set up and optimize campaigns using creative and performance best practices.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure campaign and partner success.
• Develop expertise in mobile advertising products and collaborate with regional Business Development colleagues, leadership, and product experts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and experience analyzing large data sets to identify actionable patterns.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and contribute with initiative in a flexible team environment.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and high-tech, data-driven products.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer, e-commerce, or brand operations.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of image and video editing software.
• Understanding of decision-making models such as game theory, chess, or poker.
