Payment Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia

Base salary: €22,400–€33,600 per year

What you will do

• Run critical payment processes and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing.
• Reconcile transaction movements against bank account statements and report anomalies.
• Review, process, and challenge chargebacks, including evidence gathering and manual submissions.
• Respond to internal tickets and queries regarding payment statuses.
• Work with Customer Support, Risk and Compliance, Product, and Engineering to resolve payment and reconciliation issues.
• Coordinate with banks and suppliers, and lead or participate in incidents affecting payment processing or reconciliation.
