Payment Operations Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage operational and client payment flows, including fiat and crypto transactions.
• Process, monitor, and settle transactions while investigating payment issues and exceptions.
• Handle crypto payment flows and coordinate interactions with exchanges.
• Support the onboarding and ongoing management of payment service providers.
• Perform reconciliations, verify transaction accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to improvements in payment processes and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience in payment operations, transaction processing, or financial operations.
• Background in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, and transaction lifecycles.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience in fintech or crypto companies.
• Experience with crypto payments or digital assets.
• Knowledge of accounting principles or reconciliations.
