Location: Parma, Italy (Hybrid: remote 2–3 days a week)

Salary: Minimum €52,000 + annual bonus

What you will do

• Support month-end and year-end close processes in compliance with global financial and accounting policies.
• Coordinate and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic plans.
• Review monthly results by product and geography to track KPIs and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with global functions and local departments on various cross-functional projects.
• Provide financial perspectives for business cases, new contracts, pricing decisions, and product launches.
• Assess and improve local financial reporting processes to increase effectiveness across IMDD markets.

Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• At least 4 years of experience in finance and controlling within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and controlling processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Parma, Italy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP/BW/BPC.
