What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Advise on GenAI and ML best practices and perform product demonstrations.
• Run strategic business reviews in collaboration with sales teams.
• Gather client goals and KPIs to inform pre-sales engineering efforts.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.
• Identify and spearhead expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Engineer with production ML/GenAI applications.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, JS/TS, Java, or Go.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and LLM/agentic frameworks (LlamaIndex, LangGraph, DSPy).
• Understanding of the full ML lifecycle: feature generation, training, deployment, and scoring via REST APIs.
• Familiarity with public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Location: Must be based in New York.

Nice to have

• Prior engineering experience in MLOps or LLM/agentic frameworks.
• Customer-facing experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Consultant.
• Experience with applications deployed on Kubernetes.
• Experience demoing technical products to both business and technical audiences.
