IT Support Engineer

Location: London (Shoreditch), hybrid; attendance at the Shoreditch office 3 days per week. Core hours are 10am–4pm. Up to 4 weeks of work from anywhere per year is available as a benefit.

What you will do

• Triages, diagnoses, and resolves first- and second-line IT support issues across the business.
• Runs onboarding and offboarding processes, including device builds and new joiner setup.
• Provisions and manages access to software and business tools.
• Manages the device fleet through MDM, including enrolment, configuration, patching, and updates.
• Performs routine IT maintenance, updates documentation, and supports on-premises hardware and AV requirements.
• Automates repetitive tasks with scripts and supports technical initiatives on the IT roadmap.

Requirements

• A few years of hands-on IT support experience and the ability to manage a busy queue independently.
• Reliable, methodical ticket management with clear communication and proper follow-through.
• Experience diagnosing issues, prioritising workloads, and escalating problems when appropriate.
• Experience writing scripts in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or a similar language.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage high ticket volumes alongside routine maintenance.
