Senior Manager - Product Management (Data and AI)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business-driven KPIs.
• Identify product opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and data analytics.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver software products and coordinate go-to-market execution.
• Guide product development, releases, product reviews, quality standards, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 product managers and analysts while promoting data-driven decision-making.
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, performance updates, and product demonstrations to executives and internal or external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of product management experience, including hands-on work with data, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Experience building software platforms and solutions from the ground up and launching products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience applying data and AI to business intelligence, reimagining workflows with agentic solutions, and working with agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum, product management tools such as Aha and Coda, software development processes, and technical frameworks.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics; Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS; data integration, API management, and omnichannel platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare and life sciences.
• Implementation experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
