Resilience Monitoring & Reporting Expert

What you will do

• Monitor the lifecycle of major incidents and problems across platforms.
• Track root-cause analyses, corrective and preventive actions, residual risks, and mitigation effectiveness.
• Consolidate operational data into a trusted single source of truth and identify systemic weaknesses.
• Define data-quality controls, sanity checks, alerts, and remediation processes for underlying databases.
• Build, maintain, and automate centralized reporting with executive dashboards and operational drill-downs.
• Apply AI, anomaly detection, predictive analysis, and near-real-time monitoring to improve resilience insight.

Requirements

• Solid experience in incident and problem management in complex IT operations.
• Strong analytical and data skills, including data consolidation and actionable insight generation.
• Expertise in reporting and data visualization, ideally with Power BI.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and the ITIL framework.
• Strong understanding of data quality, anomaly detection, database validation, and KPI integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for C-level and technical audiences, with a rigorous, fact-based approach.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI to incident, problem, or reporting use cases.
• Experience automating reporting pipelines and data-quality checks.
• Exposure to predictive analytics, modelling, or near-real-time monitoring.
• Knowledge of payments, financial services, and regulatory requirements such as DORA.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM process maturity improvements.
