Manager, Growth Analytics (Fintech)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid working model combining onsite collaboration and remote work. An additional 25 days per year may be worked from a city or country of choice.

What you will do

• Set the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, defining CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality.
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis for capital-allocation decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders on source-of-truth reporting and automated data workflows.
• Improve experimentation quality and make analytical insights accessible across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or leading an analytics capability that influences commercial and product decisions.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement.
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting.
• Ability to create clarity from fragmented data and prioritize models and metrics with measurable business impact.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering with Data, Finance, Product, and channel owners.
