Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst (SQL/BI): Analyzing and validating structured and unstructured data to improve business operations, decision-making, and data quality with an accent on SQL, BI tools, and operational efficiency. Focus on investigating anomalies, automating repetitive workflows, and coordinating deliverables across global teams.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid schedule with three days working from home and two days from the office.

Salary: EUR 1,850–2,150 per month.

What you will do

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to support business operations and decisions.
• Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and consistency using SQL and BI tools.
• Investigate anomalies and resolve data quality issues with local and global teams.
• Respond to client and internal queries while tracking priorities, blockers, and KPIs.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to QA dashboards, documentation, and internal tooling.
• Coordinate with product managers, analysts, and technical and business teams on sub-projects and deliverables.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Business-driven approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of e-commerce data and industry trends.
